Healthcare Account Services, a division of BCS, Incorporated and your healthcare provider, allows you to access your medical professional services account quickly, securely and easily. You are able to complete several functions and/or requests 24 hours a day, 7 days per week that would otherwise require you to contact our office staff during regular business hours.

You can always reach our Patient Account Representatives at 888-278-4126 Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm central time, or email billing@bcsconsult.com. All patient accounts are billed only after their insurance carriers have processed your charges and identified a patient balance due. In the unlikely event that an overpayment were to occur, all overpayments are processed and refunded within 30 days.
