New Client Portal AccessBCS is in the process of updating our client portal. The existing client portal systems will remain operational alongside our new system for a time.
Our new system will provide enhanced security, easy password reset functions, will be cell phone friendly, allow for as many user accesses as needed upon request, and will allow us to provide a more customized portal service to meet your needs.
All functions of the portal itself will remain the same. Any changes or updates will be posted here well ahead of their effective date along with accompanying support materials.
At a point to be determined in the future, the existing system will be phased out. In the coming months you will be provided with a new BCS username and password. Upon receipt of your new credentials please visit this page and click the button shown below. Our new systems are being built upon the Microsoft Azure product, hence the Microsoft login. Apple users are not prohibited from utilizing Microsoft Azure services.
Upon logging in you will be prompted to set up
Multi-Factor Authentication. This is not required but is
highly recommended and it must be completed in order to reset your password without having to contact BCS.
Multi-Factor Authentication is a secondary security layer. It can provide a second randomly generated password via an encrypted third-party service. This is essentially a password that changes about every 90 seconds and may only be accessed by approved users of a given application. For this password to be stolen and used maliciously it would require the bad actor to break encryption and use the password within 90 seconds. This cannot be easily accomplished as it is protected by time and encryption.
