CBO's report shows the Baucus bill amongst other taxes will collect over $200 Billion in new taxes from the healthcare industry, reduce hospital payments by more than $150 Billion, what will that do to CRNA's earning and worth in the market...place? CBO goes on to indicate nearly 50% of its entire revenue in new taxation on those earning under $250K annually.The CBO report also shows savings from a reduction in Medicare spending of $400 Billion, that will come in the form of reduced reimbursement to MDs and CRNAs and hospitals, reduced benefits to Medicare recipients, and reduced support. Again impacting CRNAs.
